Not impressed with my whole experience today...had to hunt down service after which got an attitude for seeking help...prices were not bad but disappointed with the unfriendly associates who are unwilling to help...it's Ok, I took my business next door to Home Depot where you can't beat the service and expertise.
Employees were more interested in startling each other (and customers) with loud screams and then congratulating each other with high fives than in helping anyone, so I left and went to Home Depot. Your competition is right across the street, juveniles!
They don't stand behind the doors they sell. Bought a $600 6 ' patio door with internal shades. Door is falling apart after three years and no warranty because the primer wasn't painted.
Cherie went above and beyond the call of duty to help me to no avail. I purchased a gate 1 3/8 in latch and hinges the male hinges were missing and no one could locate a replacement after I purchased it.
