Rude front end associates left a bad taste in my mouth and steered my car ALL the way across the street to Home Depot.
RecommendedI just want to give a big thank you to Aidan, who was our cashier on 4-23-2021. He appeared to be the only person working, he called twice to get me help to load purchases in my car, he turned his cash off to help a trainee cashier and then ran out to load my purchases himself. He was very pleasant and had great customer service.
Cant tell you the truth. No customer service skills. After order and paid for do not get product in store when promised. Will not shop or enter a Lowes ever again

This stores delivery service for appliances is terrible. They were supposed to deliver a Fridge for me a few weeks back. I was told they would call me the day before with delivery time. Crickets on my phone. I called the day of expected delivery and given a Spectrum response, between 12-4. At 3:30 we can’t make today. Since I work during the week, the other choices were the following Sunday again with a cable company time frame. On sept 30th we went and asked about kitchen faucet installation. We were told 1-5 days we would hear from the installer. It is now oct 15th and we have contacted the store at least 3 seperate times because installer still has not contacted us. This evening he has been on hold more than 15 min just trying to get someone to answer.He has asked for plumbing or a manger repeatedly. After all that still no help.
