Really! How is anyone supposed to get to any lumber. Also when asking an employee for assistance was told that’s someone’s order and will be out of the way in a little while!

I just bought a washer through Lowes from Auburn. I waited a week for them to deliver. It was supposed to be today, I got a call this morning being told they would be here somewhere in the time frame of 2-5 at 6:00 I get a call from driver saying he can't make it because he was up in weld. He said he could not call because of no service. As anyone knows you can go up on center hill in Weld if you need phone service. He said you need to call and reschedule. Do not call them. They will not answer. I tried all departments but 2 and more than once. I spent a half hr or so calling. So not impressed.
Of all places the customer service counter they should be able to offer customer service. I got a nice huff and puff and an eye roll from old Alex the kid working customer service. Yet one more reason I regret making the convenient choice and stoping at Lowe’s . Next time I’ll go out of my way to support my local hardware store.
Do not order appliances from Lowe's, this is the second fiasco we have had with them. I ordered a new stove 20 days ago on 3/21/18 and i got an email it was scheduled for delivery today. They said they would be calling with my 2 hour window. When i called delivery as i never got the call... they said it had not arrived to the store because it is a special order, and that they do not tell you this on the website to call the store. I was helping my friend with a bathroom renovation and to be honest we had already picked out something and left Home Depot. When we went to load one of the parts into the car we realize that they did not give us the correct that actually an incomplete set they didn't go together.
