RecommendedWell the second attempt on my $3,000 refrigerator is going to be delivered tomorrow. So 6 red vest at customer service, 4 at paint Dept. Not a single register is open. Not one. Left my cart going to home depot.
My Lowe's of Crestview Florida can deliver an appliance in on day. Why does it take the Auburn's Lowe's 5 days to deliver an appliance. Have talked to others about your delivery schedule and it seems you are always slow at delivering and installation. Not good
Don't use them to remodel . Too many hands in the pot ..3 different departments and contractor for kitchen upgrade. 4 months later still no kitchen ,install changed 3 times by lowes without consulting the Contractor . Here we wait kitchen cupboards clear for installation tomorrow,which again isn't happening.. Angry and frustrated. loved lowes not anymore.
Mike from yard equipment did an awesome job. Got the best service from him and he knew the equipment he was selling, inside and out!!! Any questions I had he knew the answer to and has customer service skills!!! Thank you again mike and lowes for my new tractor
My daughter and I went into lowes at separate times she bought 15 bags of pea gravel loaded it onto her cart by herself, brought it to the register and out to the vehicle. I did the same with 10 bags we each did this twice not ONCE did anyone ask us if we needed help!!! Customer service needs a lot of improvement!!
We've had a great amount of help from Vinny in Kitchen design and Chase in flooring. We're remodeling soon and they've helped out with a lot of items we don't even think of.
Not impressed about your NEW Build and Grow site. I had to re-sign up and then even though im signed in it wont let me register. We havent missed a clinic since beginning of last year and i do not want to miss this one. Fix the issue please.
