I went to Lowes 4 times in two days to get two toilets and a door ,never once was I asked if they could help me .Never knew it would be such a choir, had to ask for help loading. I have spent a lot of money at this lowes over the years ,might be a while before I go back
I ordered a DeWalt cordless 4 tool set online and they had it ready for pickup within the two hours it took me to get there... And all the accessories that I ordered as well.. very satisfied!! Thank you Lowe's !!
The worst customer service I've ever had at a Lowe's! First I waited at the paint counter for a good 15 minutes. After calling for help 3 times someone finally came and had an attitude with the customers who had been waiting. Then I went to have a key cut and the employee said they were out of those kind of keys, said he hadn't had them for a week. I heard him tell another employee he was going to lunch so I went and asked the other guy and magically he found the right key for me and cut it right away. It took forever to get... read more
Lowes is the worst store ever i bought a riding lawnmower from them had it 2 days and took it nack because it was acting up. And the dunb ass,manager up there chuck was rude as hell and told me i couldnt return it so i got my money back,and,went to home depot,and bought a,better lawn mower
