Apparently the garden department here has forgotten where their water hoses are located. Lots of wilted & dead plants everywhere! I saw 6 personnel who seemed to be assigned there, mostly doing nothing.
Every time we go in after 5 there is no one working ANY of the counters. When we go to customer services to ask for help, they say “we don’t have anyone working there tonight but I can call a manager”. Yes please, we need help. They call the manager and NOBODY EVER SHOWS UP!

Had a great experience at the Lowe's in Warner Robins on Watson yesterday. We were in to purchase a new washer/dryer set, and had a GREAT employee, Ari, help us in the appliance department. She was incredible! Very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. She is an asset to the store, and should be recognized for her excellence. So many times people are in hurries, are stressed because of being busy (which the department was yesterday), and forget customer service...Not Ari.
