I say a zero stars absolutely HORRIBLE. I have never in my life had something that I bought end up being sold to someone else. You took my money off of my card when I ordered it to be picked up that day, and you sell it and cancel my order without notifying me of this. Absolutely no excuse on this will not be shopping there or at any lowes sny more. GO TO HOME DEPOT!!!!
I would now rather buy a power mower/pressure washer from a yard sale with a promise it will work rather than a brand new one from Lowe's.
Waiting on aisle 1 for 10 minutes after an associate has been called��� All the people that use to work here that knew anything about the store they forced out and now they have young people working that don't know anything!!!!!!!!!
