Bought a hot water heater and it doesn't work! Now they act like it's not their problem! Specifically asked was something wrong with it to be marked down and was told no! I'd rather shop somewhere else and spend more money and get better customer service!
This particular location is not very friendly or helpful, I'll go up the road a piece to the one on Hwy 96.
Good experience. The fellas loading mulch in my car were hard working and fast! When I went back to get more the second time, I bought them each a bottle of water. They were going none stop! I appreciated their help!! They gladly thanked me for the water😊
Called Lowes 2 days in a row. The first day they refused to help me, being too busy rather that requesting more help which I would have waited for. The second day it rang about 50 times until customer service picked up and transferred me back to the nursery only to have it ring 50 more times and customer service pick up again. Both this location and the one on 96 have no idea!
very rude people in garden shop.came across two associates and both were very rude.didnt even know what was on sale.
I ordered items on line to save time and they weren't ready when I got here
Huge Thank you to all Lowes employees that kept their customers safe during a tornado warning.... everyone was calm and I was impressed that that wouldn't let anyone leave....
