called to get refrigerator repaired and they would not help since i paid cash for it. I did pay for a 5 year warranty and have proof. horrible company and customer service

My wife put in an order for pick up at least two hours ago. When we got here and she finally got help they only had 1 of the 12 items we’d ordered ready for us. She could’ve gone in on her own, picked everything out herself, been done already and had far less exposure to others. She’s been in there waiting for at least half an hour. Lowe’s you need to have your act together better during a pandemic. This is bush league!
