I have always preferred Lowes. But yesterday, it seemed you all had nothing I needed and the Hardware section was not easy to find things. I was there a long time. Today I went to Parkrose Hardware and did the same list in 15 minutes.
I had 25 years of experience in retail Home Improvement customer service and Management when I started working at Lowe's. I was extremely disappointed in the Management team and the way they treated the employees. The store Manager would throw tantrums and swear at employees and his Management team. Absolutely wonderful! Stopped to grab painting stuff on a day we will probably see 100 and in an extreme heat advisory and when i went to leave they had a bucket of free cold water bottles at the exit. Thank you!
