Took an hour to pick up an online order
Excellent products, terrible service. Employees don’t want to help you or answer your questions. My husband asked for assistance and nobody ever showed up to help. When he looked for an employee to help he didn’t want to help. He said he would be right back and never returned. Horrible horrible customer service. They only had one cashier opened. Their customer service is a joke. It's HORRIBLE. Had a flooring delivery scheduled for a Saturday, called the day before and they couldn't even give me a time window yet so I could plan my day. Was told the delivery guys would call me first thing the next morning to give me a time window. Still had not heard anything by 11am. I called Lowe's then and it took 10 minutes to even get a live person. No one answering in the delivery dept, no one answering in installation dept, no one answering in flooring dept, no operator answer... read more
Bad service. Very bad customer service.
Priced were good and they have a lot of stock but customer service is horrible. I waited for 25 minutes for help in the door section. When the employee did come back he sat in his chair and turned his back to me and ignored me. I will be thinking twice about shopping there again.
Delivery dates are a month out for in store product. Don't waste your time unless you want your projects to take a lifetime.
