Two employees at Customer Service on July 21st had masks on, but pulled down to cover just their mouths. While all the employees that served me today were helpful and friendly, I do not feel comfortable returning to this store until they follow state guidelines on wearing masks indoors.
hubby purchased a door handle for $34.98 on Tuesday, then yesterday I looked on Amazon - the same exact model is $15.92, so I called Lowes and got a whole bs feedback about how their price match 'guarantee' won't apply to this - well you can be sure I'll price shop everywhere else before I go to Lowes for anything - not only do they not honor the price match guarantee but, getting a hold of someone in the Wood Village Oregon store is impossible........and won't do Home Depot - so my options have become very limited -
The customer service by agents who pick up the phone at the Woodvillage location is poor. The online system they have to sell items can't determine what they have in stock or not. I recommend using Home Depot

June 23: Ordered a Genesis II, E-315 Weber grill. My wife was home when it delivered. I get home and go out to inspect it, upon looking it over, it appeared that the truck drivers may have went four wheeling prior to delivery or it was a very rough floor model they brought, wasn’t even put together completely. Upon further inspection it was the wrong grill completely, a much cheaper model was delivered (Spirit 310). I call Lowe’s and get a lady on the phone who sounded very unthrilled to be at work. Absolute worst customer service. Avoid this store if at all possible. Hire manager's who are competent and follow through on commitments.
I purchased a washer from you in February. It was brought to my home April 16th by Juan and another gentleman for delivery. Upon entering the house and seeing that my dryer was not the same manufacturer as the washer The the delivery guys would not install it. So I told them to return it to the store and credit my account. Now here we are over a month later and my account has not been credited.
