poor phone customer service. running charge card for items before sign off and delivery. most phone confirmation. no delivery... 3 time this happened with this prder... never again with lowes.

Good Deals, but if you happen to purchase something that is to heavy and need assistance to your car....be prepared to wait at least 20 minutes or bring your own help. Three employees walked past me and told the cashier, “sorry I’m off the clock”? Nice 👍 CUSTOMER SERVICE when you purchase a $350 item???
I went there I went there looking to replace all my kitchen appliances. I not zero help from the two employees sitting right there at the desk chatting away with each other. neither ask if I needed anything.
It’s ok but they never have much in stock ! It use to be a great store at one time !!

your ads are nothing but scams to get us in. this is the second time this has happened I go online I see that sales for the week I see what I'm looking for roses I go on your chat line to make sure I'm seeing right they tell me yes call your local Lowe's for availability so I call to find out it was the same lie. they put the ad up for these roses but they do not even offer these roses but they do have other onesumm, isn't that called bait and switch
