Lowe's always has what I need and their staff is always there to help you find what you're looking for. We have a choice of home improvement stores and I find myself always at Lowe's.
I generally love going to Lowe's & prefer it over any other store however at thee worst experience today at the Clovis location. Not only did using the self checkout station take over 15 minutes to use due to no cash returned as change & having to go to customer service to get a receipt that wasn't printed but while waiting for a manager to be called and show up, the employee Mary, who was patrolling the self checkout registers, decided to yell at my 3 yr old son. To angry to speak! My experience with the appliance dept has been one frustration after another. Go to Home Depot.
They just delivered the pallet right in the garage, on a sloped driveway saving me "TONS" of labor and time - before noon even better! Ten out of ten rating on the delivery. Excellent customer service!
Very disappointed with having to wait almost two weeks to have security door installed. If they are that far out, appointment should be made at time door was ordered. Installer said they couldn't do that because if the door was damaged, they couldn't install. Sure seems like they wouldn't have a problem rebooking appointment if they are that busy. Plus, I received call from Lowe's last Friday and today Wednesday I still hadn't received call from installer until I called Lowe's and had them call the installer.
No customers service what so ever...but you do see them setting around behind their computer acting like they're working.

We love Lowe's!! My 5yr old son calls it the Museum. He enjoys going with his Papa to pick out tools and supplies. Today we participated in the Build and Grow Workshop and had the best time!! We really appreciate all the helpful staff who always make us feel welcome.
