I was unable to get assistance in appliance section so I left and spent 1500.00 at Sears instead
I never write reviews but our experience has been absolutely HORRIBLE . We purchased our fridge and scheduled it to be delivered today and we were given a timeframe between 5pm-7pm. It’s now 9:53PM and still no fridge. No courtesy call at all to let us know where our fridge is!!!! When we called Lowe’s to check on the status of the delivery at 7pm, we were told that it was en route. At this point, we will be returning the fridge we never received and purchasing elsewhere. Disappointed and you’ve lost a customer.
Risk management problem to both employees and shoppers. Observed four young employees playing around and joking while stacking mulch too high for customers to lift off the mound. Also commented to cashiers in the garden dept that there were hoses blocking the way of people with carts with hundred plus pounds of mulch. Customers were having to lift the front part of their carts over the hoses. Why is it when you ask the lumberyard cashier anything, they always tell you to go to customer service and when you go to customer service, they may or may not have the slightest clue about anything you’re asking about? This store has plenty of great employees but I keep running into the grumpy ones. I’m not encouraged to continue to shop at Lowe’s as a result of a few recent, negative experiences.
Love the 5% discount with my card but I wish the staff was more knowledgeable about stuff. That’s why I go to Fresno Ag instead staff is fantastic!
I LOVE Lowe’s!! During the Thanksgiving Black Friday Sale, I purchased our daughter and her husband a dishwasher for Christmas! It was finally installed, just today, after a few glitches with an install company!! Lowe’s was gracious and kind and tried as hard as they could to keep us ALL in the loop! Unfortunately, sometimes things are beyond their control, as they were with our install, but through it all Lowe’s customer svc ppl were professional and nice the entire time!! Went to get 2 keys � made. Waited 5 minutes before an associate said “I’ll be with you in a minute“. I’m okay with that until another 15 minutes goes by and she still hadn’t come back so I left and went to Clovis True Value. Had my keys made in just couple of minutes.
When you are looking for something and you see an employee and you start walking towards him to ask him a question he sees you, he turned around and go the other way I knew it wasn't that one I went through three of them and every one of them when they see me coming turned around and went the other way they are all lazy
