Lowes has sent security doors to our home for installation 3 times, and the doors have not fit 3 times. At this point, it's just ineptitude and bad customer service. What does it take to get doors installed correctly? I genuinely want to know, because we just want our doors, and it takes a few months in between each time it gets messed up! I strongly discourage ANYONE from using your services. Ever.
I will always shop at this Lowe’s location because I received OUTSTANDING service from a young man named Bronson. He went well above and beyond the scope of his job description to help. He’s a super rad dude and answered all of my questions, he offered advice along with some suggestions and was extremely helpful. He was genuinely interested in offering the assistance I needed and never once seemed annoyed or “put off” by my mechanical/home improvement naivety.
This was very nice to see on Memorial Day 2019. Thank you for taking the time to remember our nation’s fallen heroes. 🇺🇸❤️👍🏼 They also offer military discounts both in store and on-line. Awesome support for our veterans.

Home Depot had the part I needed... or at least was willing to help me find it. Lowes, well... their answer was "oh, that's over w/ the hot water heaters." Which aisle is that... "over in the corner" That's really bad customer "service". Sorry to have bothered your employees. But don't worry ... Home Depot is grateful for the business.
