Ordered a door from the Clovis store. Paid $100 for it to be deliverd. They called last night and confirmed delivery for today by 1:30. It's 4:00...no doors. And Lowes has no answers. They say they cannot call their delivery drivers because the drivers do not have cell phones. I just don't believe that.
Great customer service low prices and even helped load stuff in car.
There were several signs throughout the patio furniture section claiming there was "summer savings" clearance. There was only one set on clearance and everything else was regular price. Why have a huge sign saying "clearance" and "savings" next to regularly priced merchandise? The employee in the area just said "maybe in a few weeks".
Completely disappointed in lowes. Lack of product and when I asked for them to cut their 16 foot board to 8ft to get me the product I needed they would not match the price of their 8ft product lowes lost a few hundred dollars in product all over $3. Lack of customer service. Also had old lady running the pro line with 8 people waiting. Slowest lady always have problems when she is the cashier. After all the money I spend at lowes. Great Team..from the front of the store with Judy in customer service, to Linda who went above and beyond assisting me in the paint dept. I was offered friendly assistance through-out the entire store, as I needed direction and help for remodeling projects! Had a great time, and an awesome shopping experience! Clovis Lowe's has a great team!! I've been telling all my family and friends on Facebook how great Lowes is!!
Shopping for a new washing machine & can't get anyone to help us... 2 associates saw us & completely ignored us. Husband approached one of them & asked for assistance. We wanted to know what they have available to take home now, as we have been wo a washer for 5 days! No go... She said and I quote "I don't have a list that just says what we have in stock!" Heaven forbid! Rude. Unhelpful. Disappointed.
