Never got any help from this store. Wanted a new frig but they said they wouldn't help me because they did'nt have the model I wanted even thought it was available online. They said they would "try" to find one and call me back. They never did. Too bad for them. I got $10.000 to spend in my kitchen here I come Sears.... UPDATE they still kinda suck. Now my Veteran Discount needs to be applied for online?? I tried and guess what. It didn't work. Enjoy that freedom Lowe's.
I have a broken range in my living room and I'm still without my new range that was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday...they still can't find it so who knows when I will be able to cook my own food! I know where I will NOT be buying my refrigerator.
Ask for help to get a ceiling fan special ordered was going to spend a lot of money here today but I guess I'm cutting up my Lowe's card and going to Home Depot stood there for over an hour while the guy walked back-and-forth past me and ignored me
We purchased more than 2000sq feet of "premium" carpet from Lowes, within 6 months I saw a little gapping but didn't think anything of it. I have never had a problem with carpet or installation but now at 2 years our whole house looks like this. Lowes said it was my fault for not reporting it earlier, but it didn't looks like this 1.5 years ago and IVE NEVER HAD THIS KIND OF PROBLEM WITH CARPET. And stretching ???? What the heck???
