Bought our kitchen faucet there maybe 6 or 7 months ago. It has a lifetime warranty. Open the sink today to realize the faucet had busted and ruined everything. Go to just exchange it and they refuse to even exchange without a receipt. Treated us like thieves. I will never shop here again. Home depot will get our business for now on.
Our house was flooded during the floods in 2016 in Elkview. We purchased and paid Lowe's to do some of the remodeling. We are now in our 5th month on a job that should had taken less than a month. I should have listened to others and not shopped at Lowe's . Lesson learned......never again.
No one ever asks if you need assistance and they get angry if you ask them to do their job. The prices are also terrible! You can always find better prices everywhere else, especially Home Depot. It's the end of September and they still haven't marked down their summer items!
We lost everything in the flood that occurred in our hometown of Elkview, WV. This store was extremely helpful providing discounts to us on multiple large purchases and the employees were able to assist on multiple items providing major knowledge and help.
Will try not to go in to there stores again I will not support those who treat there employees like they do sad so sad
We are having trouble getting our account straightened out and are continually getting the run around. We were suppose to have the 5.99 for 84 months and it has been applied incorrectly and nobody will help us fix it. We have been dealing with this for months.
