#Lowes installed 20 hurricane windows almost 4 months ago. Installers admit that they sealed windows to the vinyl siding instead of the underlying waterproofing layer but LOWES still researching 'causation' while my house damaged with every rain. https://youtu.be/kBGkQlZUELE
They take your money but lie about delivering the products you buy. They keep claiming they'll call to set up a time to install but they "forgetting". They then keep making the same empty promises to try to keep your money WITHOUT giving you what you paid for. Lowe's steals from its customers and expects them to come back. A big FU to Lowe's. Doesn't deserve even 1 star.
Awful there is like one guy in the whole store that is helpful. I mean they can’t even help pick out the right kind of light bulbs even when you have the blown light bulb with you. I have had at least 3 bad experiences there but today takes the cake...I’m going to give Home Depot a try.
Incredibly incompetent staff. Tried to redeem a merchandise credit card - that I received from this location - and the card wouldn't work. Management offered zero solutions to remedy the situation. The two managers I spoke to said "I don't know the Lowe's policy, but I know Kohl's depreciates cards that aren't used fast enough." Thanks for the knowledge, Becky. Love I can call in and supplies are ready and waiting. I have had wonderful customer service experience every time! Keep up the good job!
Stood around waiting for help for 20 plus minutes and even watched managers walk by me, without even greeting me. There was a lady that told me to move because she was leading a forklift. And the lady behind the home projects counter put her coat on and left while I was standing there and even left the phone ringing. If you own Lowe's stock, sell It. With customer service like this the company is doomed. Sad part, the project I needed help with could have netted them a hefty profit. Take your business elsewhere.
Bought a Frigidaire and the freezer does not work even after 3 to 4 Lowes' repair people and now Frigidaire repair people which is the same. 7 home visits 7 times waiting for repairman and still does not work. Lowe's your getting back your broken Frigidaire in you lobby, Or I will sit in the parking lot with a 4 x 8 sign telling my story. Shame on Lowe's Shame on me for paying with cash!!!
