Can’t reach anyone on the phone ever. Push every button and no one answers. It is very frustrating. We have purchased custom kitchen cabinets and are now trying to purchase a quartz countertop and can’t get help or clear answers. very upsetting!!!
PLEASE SHARE AND TELL EVERYONE THIS IS WHY YOU SHOP LOCAL ONLY!!!! I’m not one to complain and point fingers, but, Lowe's Home Improvement at South Ridge just rubbed me the wrong way today. I placed an order for delivery, it was a gift for my son. It was supposed to be delivered on Friday. I got a phone call from them stating they were short handed and would be delivered Sunday by 9 PM. I called them and the manager said they aren't sure why it wasn't delivered yet and they would "ask" one of the drivers to deliver it and if they couldn't they would call me and let me know. STILL HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED AS OF 10:41 PM AND STILL NO PHONE CALL.

We ordered a washer on 2/16 and was told they would deliver it on 2/22. We called the AM of 2/22 to check the status of the delivery and was told they were loading it on the truck and would call when they were on their way. At 230pm we hadn’t heard from them so I called the store and spoke with Assistant manager Amy and she was very unprofessional and told me they didn’t have one and that there was one coming in on Tuesday and they would deliver it on Wednesday.
