I purchased a replacement blade for my lawn mower, it was the wrong blade and it snapped the bolt that holds the blade on. Now I have to go get my mower repaired because a sales person gave me the wrong part !!!
I highly recommend that you do not purchase appliances from Lowes in Kernersville. I had the worst experience ever. In short, it took 7 appointments and over a month to get my 4 new appliances delivered and/or installed. It was a nightmare!!
Why do your people always have to be so rude? Is Lowe's a horrible place to work or do you just hire horrible people? I just called Outside Lawn and Garden for some help. Stacy was so rude and obviously annoyed that I dared to call and give Lowe's my business. I have had this experience several times when dealing with this store. I am a buyer for a manufacturer and I will immediately begin sourcing another vendor for all of the items we buy from Lowe's.
I NEVER do bad reviews. They installed our washer wrong and gave us water damage. Took them two months to get our flooring fixed. Was like pulling teeth to get through to anyone! Watch out!
Not real happy with them right now. Wasted a lot of time trying to get new carpet for my house. Paid them to come measure and they wouldn't let me have the seaming sheet or the calculations to see how they arrived at footage. Left a message for a manager, no return call. Taking my business someplace where I can be treated with a little respect.
