I was there to pick out a lawnmower and found one under a bold sign that said $229. When I got to the register it rang up at $409. There were several lawnmowers in that location and I learned that they were placed there by mistake. The department manager (Leon) provided poor customer service and refused to sell it at the price advertised.
Was completely disregarding in storm door section. The girl working in the department told her associate we needed a storm door. We were standing right behind him. He never acknowledged us. Just looked at her and said “I guess they will be waiting a long time”. Never once addressed us personally. I understand if the man is as busy. But a simple glance in our direction with an explanation that he was with another customer would have been nice.
RecommendedThis feedback is specifically about an employee by the name of Amelia and the ladies working the return area on 7/22 at 3-340pm. I had a problem with a lawn mower and some miscommunication which led me to standing in the returns area and "issues". It felt helpless and then Amelia stepped in and offered to help. The MOD was in a meeting so i was very grateful for the assistance and the simple kindness. What is the point of curbside pickup if you can’t get through to anyone???? 1/2 hour and counting waiting for someone to answer the service support line...we flagged an employee who was outside to get help and he said he’d get someone (that was 10 minutes ago)....we finally sent 1 person in.
Quality people and quality customer service
Go find someone a credit card vendor that knows how to actually run a credit card system. Finally gave up today after two months of dealing with the Lowe's credit card vendor. They ended up closing my Lowe's card account because their fraud detection software kept suspending my card and they could not stop it from doing so. Don't order anything for delivery and have them hold it! They will lose the paperwork and deny that they still have $4800 worth of product!!! Corporate office is worthless! They obviously pocketed the money and resold the product. And they have no intention of refunding the money!!! I only go there when I need something quick and cheap that Walmart doesn't carry.
Horrible customer service. This is not the first time. I get it, it's spring, you're busy but to just ignore people is unacceptable. I'll be going to Ace Hardware, Farmer's Hardware and Farmer's Feed as often as possible. Poor employee performance is often a managment issue.
