I have a my Lowe's card. Last year I bought some paint and after 1 week went back to get another gallon mixed. The associate could not find the paint I bought a week ago??? Today. Aug 24 2017, at 10am I went the register to make a purchase and after waiting fo the cashier to finish dust mopping she asked to scan my My Lowe's card and did. Can't get get anyone to help cut a piece of flooring even the manager could not help took 15 min after he came back to help took about 45min to get some help wild have went somewhere else if I did not have a gift card
I get awesome customer service while shopping for a ceiling fan.
Its was alright but veggies an flowers were to much
I don't like being ignored. No one asked to help me they just stood and talked to each other in plumbing dept. just went to Home Depot.
There are some awesome people there! Cody in plumbing, Tammy service desk, John & Dale management! Tyson contractor did my vanity top & sink. I agree there are some people there that are not knowledgeable but these are !
