Worst customer service in the industry. They can't be bothered to take down signs which indicate someone should wait at an unstaffed desk. Over 20 minutes of my evening wasted because an employee was too incompetent to take down signs. Beyond infuriating name reminds me of why I always try to avoid Lowe's to begin with. Their management team takes the opposite approach of most businesses and ranks customers at the bottom of the list.
Clean and friendly. Easy to find what I am looking for.
