My son had to drive 25 minutes to find what I was sent to get and couldn't locate with the help of 2 useless employees. Poor customer service and poor inventory control
Love this store. The staff is so nice and goes out of their way to help you. Sure, all stores have issues, but that's everywhere. I average about three trips week to Lowe's and find just what I need. Thanks
It has been 21 weeks since Lowe's began my 8 week kitchen remodel. It has been 30 weeks since I paid Lowe's nearly $35,000 to remodel my kitchen. I have no stove or refrigerator and have been forced to live out of boxes in my basement while this disastrous remodel began. The Georgetown lowes is the worst lowes around. This is the only lowes I walk into and can walk out empty handed! They definitely need to get with the game and get the same items the other ones have!
Every time I go in looking for help either no one is around or the people there have no clue. We need a Home Depot.
No one in hardware to help, went to customer service and nicely asked for assistance. She paged, I waited and still no one showed up. No one in the aisles so its not like they were busy. Guess Home Depot in Lexington will get my business. Thanks Lowes for making me drive 20 miles out of my way.
