poorly ran establishment! my mother went to the Georgetown ky location and PAID IN FULL for a "scratch and dent refrigerator. went back today to pick up only to be told THEY SOLD it! poor or lack of communication! plus they only gave het the option of paying the difference for another fridge at FULL PRICE or get her money back which is absolutely unfair for their screw up!! horrible management!
they dropped the ball bad. no communication about are order. parts were in stock on the shelf and we ordered are stuff to be picked up and that was a week ago and they have nothing ready. called customers service and they were rude. we canceled are order and did a online pick up at home Depot and in one day its ready to be picked up. lowes has lost by business after 25 years.
Lowes in Georgetown is a great Community Partner with other businesses. They toured our Adult Day Care Seniors in their Christmas shop and the Lowes employees help us choose their tree. They made it fun for all. Thanks Lowes!
Worst customer service ever! Waited 4 hours today for a delivery that had been rescheduled to Friday but of course no one called and told us that! We called yesterday to make sure it would be delivered today and the person I talked to in the flooring department took my name and number and said she would call me back. She never did. Called this morning and was told it would be delivered between 10-2. Worst customer service in any industry I deal with. Unfortunately, this is my only convenient option. Spent over 17k here in the last four month and hated every minute of it. I hope they find some better help soon.
We need a Home Depot in Georgetown! This store is ridiculous when it comes to customer service. Looks like it’s a corporate issue with store manning . There seems to be no communication at all between delivery, sales and service desk. I was missing transition strips for a floor, that had to be ordered. I could not even schedule an installation until those transitions strips came in ( were supposed to be in the store in 5 days ) installation and delivery was backed way up , by a month .
