Perfectly fine NORFOLK ISLAND PINE TREES were in the LOWES garbage bend I dug them out ... to pay for them and take them home. THE STORE MANAGER TRIED TO TAKE THE CART AWAY FROM ME ... saying STORE POLICY WOULD NOT ALLOW ME TO SAVE THESE TREES. They HAD ALREADY RECEIVED CREDIT FOR THROWING THEM IN THE TRASH and THEY HAD TO STAY IN THE TRASH. THIS IS BAD / HORRIBLE STORE POLICY / MANAGEMENT. NEVER WILL I SHOP AT LOWES AGAIN!!! IDIOTS!!! NO SOCIAL CONSCIOUSNESS / NO FREE THINKING ... BAD TRAINING!!! SHAME!!!
I don’t know how this place is still in business because of all of the bad reviews I’ve read and now with my own experience. We dropped 6 grand on a floor remodel and paid for it two months in advance. The installers came out this passed Monday and ripped our floors up and found out we needed more material to lay our floor down. Lowe’s quoted me over 2 grand for this and I went off because they should have had someone come out and check this and factor in that cost BEFORE THEY RIPPED UP MY ENTIRE FLOOR. i waited in flooring for 15 minutes waiting on the flooring guy Tyler to get done playing in paint. the lady working in paint was cleaning shelves, not doing paint. he never came to flooring. couldnt get manager. terrible service
Just purchased a Wagner opti-stain plus from the Georgetown Ky store....only to get it home and taken out the box to see that it has already been used! and then returned to the store! without being cleaned!
