So disappointed and frustrated with this store!! Bought and PAID for metal roofing for my house....they Have cashed my check but FORGOT to order part of our metal!!! The part needed to start the roof!!!!! Thanks MO!! If we did business like this... Now I have a leak in my roof my bedroom ceiling is getting wet! NOT a way to do business! Oops...we didn't place your order... I will be walking in to discuss this with them Personally Monday Morning! Disgusted!
The wait in the contractors line has been ridiculous. Seems to get worse weekly. Average wait time in line is 20 minutes. Please start using second register...�
So sick of this store, they are impossible to work with!! Because one of us has changed our license to the new address and the other hasn't, they would not let us jointly apply for credit for appliances...said it was company policy. Apparently the Hamburg location is more customer friendly and wanted our business...they got our $3000 appliance sale because of their willingness to help!!
Need more help. . . you spend more time walking around looking for help than finding what you need!!!! I went in several times and bcame friends with Peter but havent seen him last few times. . . thats the kind of help you need, very knowledgeable on everything you ask help with.
They told me they don't sell truper wood mauls that I never bought it from them so I walked back and found another one my self.
