My mom and I visited Lowe’s tonight to get some phlox and the sale mulch and garden soil. No one in the garden center seemed to know anything about where or what was there. While one saleswoman spent quite a bit of time walking around trying to find the plants we were wanting and was very nice, her solution was for us to come back tomorrow when someone from the garden center would be working. Absolutely the worst customer service in ages! Have been given the run around for several weeks now about a horrific installation of a Pella Storm door custom ordered and installed by Lowe’s! The lack of skill, customer service, professionalism is atrocious! This door cost $1000 dollars they have been paid and the door has water and all elements coming through and behind it due to a deplorable installation job! Multiple issues with this store. Awhile ago the timing of my carpet install was ridiculous. Workers never ask if I need help (when I worked at a Lowes in Lexington this was mandated every time you saw someone). Also the blue cart in lumber and building materials are ALWAYS FULL. If any are empty they’re the flat ones which no one wants. This isn’t just on a busy Sunday but on a Monday or Tuesday when workers are just sitting at the pro desk or talking to one another. Customer service can be much better.
Just bought a fridge and had an inventory issue that threatened to increase my original price by almost a grand. The management honored the original price and offered me the best customer service I think I've ever had. I really appreciate this store. thank you.
Staff is friendly although you need to hunt for them sometimes.
My nephew and his wife have been waiting almost 5 months to have a small bathroom remodeled. The store may be good at selling, but the contractors they hire (Jason Bennett) do not finish the job. Look elsewhere for any type of home improvement.
This is the best of the choices to choose from. They should have a Dissatisfied choice! On June 19, 2018 purchased a dishwasher and paid for installation. Was told the installer had 2 days to schedule the install. At the end of 2 days no contact from installer. Called dept # given that handles this...they called and emailed installer 2x with NO RESPONSE. As of today, still nothing. Lowe's said they would contact another installer. Not at all satisfied....tomorrow will be returning to Lowes to get my money back and go to Home... read more
