My wife and I was in your store yesterday and we have to tell you about an outstanding employee! His name is Kalvin and he works in Lawn & Garden. You see I am handicap and we bought a wheel barrel and Kalvin took it up to the checkout, out to our car, loaded it, and tied our trunk down for us. He is very courteous & friendly! i bought a refrigerator and stove in Jan. My stove is great but my fridge came in damaged, doors uneven. Lowes sent the delivery men back over to look at my doors. There was nothing that they could do. So i called store they said they will send me a new one. Set up a delivery date for today between 12:30 and 2:30. it is now 3:45 and no fridge.
