Wow! I've got a better opinion of the store than some. I had a kitchen remodel. Nichole helped me plan, Thomas was a magician and designed my tiny kitchen into the one of my dreams. Jim, the contractor, and his crew made everything perfect. We had some small problems and they wouldn't stop until I was out of this world happy. Could not be any more disappointed in the michigan city store. I always on every holiday stock up on the 2 for 10 charcoal sale. I went in yesterday and had 6 packs I never ever had any trouble before even though the limit is 2 per transaction. But this time the cashier decided to stick to the policy and even refused to honor the home depot ad limit 5. I never had this problem here before but one rude cashier and one rude manager have made me decide to never shop lowes again. BTW home depot let me purchase all six packs at o... read more
Horrible communication and they do not answer the phone. Will make sure all my new construction clients avoid this location.
Can't get an order right for anything! Manager doesn't seem to give a crap.
Horrible customer service. No one asks if they can help you. Pretty much have to track people down. Went to but my whole house package but like always people are too busy.
Tried to get my carpet installed twice and it was defective. It has been since July and I am still battling customer service. No one will take responsibility for the problem nor help solve it.
