Recently I visited Lowe's & I was disappointed that customers were not required to wear masks upon entering store as Menard's requires. Menards will get my business from now on.
Recommendedthey have a great selection on plants. and get them weekly. some of the customer service attendants at the customer service desk arent helpful at all. but the plant attendants are wonderful.
Purchased microwave Saturday took it back on Sunday for damages done in shipping. Took advantage of the pay with credit card and save 5 percent. Paid card off right then with debit card. Lowes wouldn’t reload money on debit wanted to give store credit or refund money back to credit card which will take up to 4 to 6 weeks for the credit card company to return our money in a check. Had the Lowe’s employee informed me of this would of skipped the savings of 5 percent and just paid full price. Told us that is just the way it is.... read more
Lowe's offers rebates, then gives the run-around on paying them! Beware when a purchase involves a rebate offer - they don't follow through. Mine has been pending since early spring. the purchase documents were submitted on July 2, and now in late August - still no rebate, nor information regarding the rebate.
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced with a hardware business. They dropped the massive proverbial ball 18 months ago with a botched flooring install. Now they dropped it on a hot water tank install. I’ve been waiting 7 days now and when I reach out to the subcontractor about why he wasn’t showing up he tells me he got a cancellation message from Lowe’s! So now I’m 7 days no hot water and no install time in sight � I only went back there because they carry the brand I wanted, AO Smith. What a disappointment that such... read more
Very disappointed. I needed a stove and I had been looking for quite sometime. decided on going to lowes. I buy a brand new one, not the floor model, got it home took the packaging off and there is a dent in the side of it. I DO NOT have time to take it back. So i called the store and they pretty much said to bring it back or they would give my $50 off. REALLY??? $50 isn't even 10%!!! Bought a new water heater to be installed. Was told they would be able to do it in two days as water heaters are considered a priority. I had taken the day off work to wait for them to show up. Not even a call. The installation company claims Lowe's never sent the work order. A week later they finally show up. I had to leave during my shift at work to meet them.
