IMO the best Lowes from statesboro to Savannah. Clean, well laid out, and good management.
They need better communication. I was told my washer and microwave would be delivered on 11/19 and it never showed. I called and they said it would be delivered 11/22 which is today. I took the whole day off of work just to find out after I called again that now it will be here tomorrow. Well I can't take two days off just to wait on a washer that I'm wondering now if it will get here at all. I spend too much money here to not be treated correctly.
Today in Pooler, Georgia I went to Lowes for a generator. After waiting in line for 3 hours I was told a shipment was coming in tonight at 8pm and that the first 20 people there could purchase one then. I took my number 3 that was written by the store associate and came back at 7:30pm to purchase my generator for my family and they were all gone. Went yesterday (6/11/16) with a couple things on my mind. Several others popped in my head once I got there, lol. ANYWAY, long story short,.....wonderful experience!! Many helpful and knowledgable staff!!
PSA - They only have one contractor to install siding for 8 locations. Lowe's will inform you of this after you purchase this service from them months ago, then the contractor strips the existing siding off of your house and doesn't show back up to your house leaving your house exposed to the elements.
I bought a pressure washer that was on display. The pressure washer didn't come with any paperwork and I was not informed that I needed to do anything to the pressure washer. I was lead to believe that it was ready to use. I even bought the warranty. The pressure washer did not have oil and when I cranked it the motor froze. Buyer beware they don't tell you everything.
Really poor delivery service. This is the second time they have failed to deliver within a selected time and both times have been lame excuses. A simple phone call to let us know they needed to reschedule would have been an easy fix.
