Piss poor curbside pickup on more than one occasion. First experience it was barely even sprinkling and they said they couldn’t bring it out in the rain because of severe weather. Second experience the lady brought the items out but she told me she couldn’t put them in the car. Why exactly do you have curbside service?
Just the worst customer service. I think I’m a pretty normal nice dude and 2 times outta 2 I’ve had employees give me attitude when I’ve asked where something is. Today I had Kevin on home decor give me the worst experience. I live right by lowes so it’s annoying that I have to go to Home Depot but oh well.
Worst experience trying to return a defective item at the pooler ga location. Charlie the store Mgr took 45 min to come out of his office to authorize the exchange.
No receipt no nothing and I had 4 other receipts but not the right one and couldn’t find on my card. Must have been with Raymond and not even a exchange and I showed them over 500.00 on my card in the last 45 days
WET, MOLDY WALLS BY LOWES!! @Lowes installed 38 hurricane windows & all 38 leaked for OVER 5 MONTHS. We shop all the time and most of the time we love it but sometimes they are lacking in customer service. We saw maybe four employees on the floor today and no one in lumber at all except at the register
They take care of our Veterans and that’s good enough for me!
