I came to return tile. In lieu of receipt I offered the card I used to purchase the tile. The associate then asked which door I entered, called down to that station to ask if they saw me enter with the tile then said it was “weird” that I didn’t come in the door closest to the service desk and nobody saw me come in. I’ve never been so offended in my life. She could easily see my order once my card was scanned. Thankfully the manager was apologetic and returned the order for me so I didn’t have to deal with her.
Thank you for being open before the storm and having pretty much everything needed. Everyone we talked to was helpful and kind 😊
