Came here to buy a video doorbell, picked up the “ticket” took it to the counter paid 200 for it, was sent with my receipt and “ticket” to customer service for pick up. When I arrived I waited about 20 minutes and finally got to the counter and gave the lady my receipt and the “ticket” she immediately gets irritated upon seeing the “ticket” and walks off. No problems so far, very friendly and usually has what I am looking for.
I am beyond fed up with Lowe’s installation. We had a water softener installed a couple of months ago. Don’t get me wrong Donna in the plumbing department was excellent!!! The installation department on the other hand I have no use for. The area where the installer put the pipes for the regeneration (salt water) has killed my roses and the grass next to our driveway. Absolutely the worst customer service. I regret getting my appliances through this store – it's been a problem from the very beginning, and the store manager is absolutely no help.
