I was dismayed today that while doing some shopping I noticed you no longer carry Christmas trees or decorations. You now have "Holiday" trees and decorations. I assume this is being done to make sure no Muslims are offended. My Christmas shopping will be done elsewhere, at a place that sells Christmas things.
My Lowe's I go to great customer service. Love the Garden Center and the people that works in the department. I am a regular in Garden Center never had a problem employee's are very informative. Big Ups to my Lowe's on Ramsey St .
Do not go to this place. Terrible customer service. They rip people off. You pay them to do a job and never show up or give money back. The management don't care. I think they should be reported to BBB. They will not get my business again and I will tell others. I'm calling Corporate office.
My 83 year old mother's house was broken into. We contacted and paid Lowes almost two grand to replace two ENTRY doors. I have made five trips down there to get this matter taken care of. I've talked to everyone including the store manager and he promised this would be taken care of today. NOTHING!! It's been seven weeks now and it's looking to me like a scam on the elderly. Very poor indeed! My poor mother is scared and tired of waiting. I have no faith that this matter will ever be taken care of.
My mother and myself went into our local Lowes looking to purchase a hot water heater. Mike from lumber helped us and it was by far the best customer service experience we have ever had. Mike was nice, polite, and very knowledgeable. He made the experience seamless and way less complicated then we thought. Awesome job Mike
This is the best time to visit our stores great sales for the 4th of July. Love my Lowes. North Ramsey street.
