RecommendedBruce, the manage, is very supportive of veterans and scouts! He personally helped me fit a new railing for our stairs into my van!!!
Amazing Staff... Very Helpful and Knowledgeable.
On a weekend you have 2 registers open and self checkout closed. The line is all the way back to the middle aisle of the store. Lumber and garden are the same with 1 register in each of them. Your customer service is severely lacking.
AC was either broken or not on today, making it very uncomfortable. Looked for Aisle 23. Not labeled. Associates were helpful.
This store is horrible and managers are just as worse. No help for the poor cashiers up front or service desk. Managers just standing around not helping.
Sorry customer service and rude employee. I 4 items to be pickup in this store and when i went they only had 3 items. No notice to me and the customer service rep send i sent it to Erwin. I told her i'm not driving there and her reply was it only 13 miles away in a very rude tone. Not even one sorry.

The employees there are so rude. I saw one customer asking one to help her and he flat out told her no. I'll never set foot there EVER!!!!!
I will never deal with this place again. Ordered a w/d, cancelled the order a few days later and after spending all day trying to get someone to talk to me, he lied about having it cancelled. They still tried to deliver even after I was told it was cancelled. Just got a follow up call even tho I never had it in my possession. Horrible customer service all the way around.
