My husband & I purchased a "fixer upper" and have had to do everything from paint, floors, and lighting - to storage solutions, decking, yard drainage & so much more. Any time I've been in I've been able to find an associate for help. One poor guy even read packaging to me because I had forgotten my readers & just couldn't see the print. For the customer service factor alone, I always go to my Ramsey St. store.

My husband and I recently purchased a house that we are doing lots of upgrading to. This week we were at the Ramsey St Lowe’s Saturday and Sunday. Saturday as my husband was getting things for other projects while I was getting paint for something I was working on. Kwan was behind the paint counter and even though he was very busy he took time to help me with all my questions and was very helpful and friendly. Great lace to purchase a washing machine
I recommend going to any other lowes customer service running around like a chicken with head cut off. But never running just literally dragging their feet to go stand next to someone who they never even talk to just stand there then over to another computer 👎🏼👎🏼
Biggest problem Is the associates stand there with their hands in their pocket they never have the contractors isle open for us contractors and you always have to go chase a cart down I spend a lot of money here too ..
