Props to Ciera outside in the garden center. I was wanting a half whiskey barrel which had no price so she went and searched out the price. Then when I couldn't get them apart she wouldn't give up until she got one a part for me! Way to give great service!
Don't be fooled by #LowesHomeImprovement or #Kobalt's lifetime guarantee or product replacement. If they change anything about a product to improve it, or what have you, they don't honor the claim. I told them to keep the broken one because it's the last Kobalt item I'll ever touch.
Don't buy anything from this store and expect them to deliver it. 3 times I talked to someone to confirm my address, phone number and name. Even had a confirmation number. Now they can't find my conformation number in the system and my dryer is no where to be found even though it's been paid for. A bunch a freakin crooks and morons. Don't waste your money, go to Home Depot.
The counter folks (2 ladies) at lumber ignored me while they finished their personal conversation. I wouldn't have minded so much but they acted upset that I was bothering them for help. Everyone else was helpful. But they were not a good impression for the first visit to the store. Going back to store today but going the extra 10 min to home depot.
Supposed to have carpet and tile installed, after five months of inefficiency and frustration they called today the day it was to be installed. They cancelled because they are "100 miles away" and it is raining. Who contracts for a job that is 100 miles away? No one good I am sure.
Its a great place to shop very good service and very fast
Tried to buy locks today to find out that there is a $5 per lock charge. Went last night to get locks at the Skibo Lowes to find out that no one in the store on that day could re-key them alike. I've bought locks before at Lowes and never had to pay extra charges. Why am I going to pay extra to a store when that's why their employees are there? I'm not. The managers solution was to buy more expensive locks you can re-key yourself. I've already called customer service and wrote an email.
