Lowe's product are decent.. I will say I am highly disappointed in them today. we were suppose to receive a delivery from them. we did not receive the product nor did we receive a call. then when you try to call all you get a ring then you are place back in the automatic cycle. where is the respect .....highly highly highly disappointed and dissatisfied with this company.
Lazy employees that walk around with their hands in their pockets for to say. Half of them hiding from work can’t get any help. Store pickup times are ridiculous why is it that a small store pickup order for lumber can’t be pulled and completed in 5 hours. Placed order at 11:20 am and at 3:26 I called to find out what was going on than associate said it would be later before they would fill it. Not acceptable at all.
deliver our orders when you say your going to...wait for 2 weeks and then you change the date and then you don't deliver at all....wouldn't recommend lowes to no one
The manager hung up on me and didn’t even look up my order to confirm any of the information I was looking for. Reaching out to corporate next!
Confirmed an online order, even called the store to confirm with them. When someone went to pick it up for me he was told it had been canceled and Lisa had left a message with me. Neither of my phones allow a message to be left. Complete lie. When I called the store I was on hold so long the phone hung up on me twice. Finally after demanding that I not be hung up on I spoke with the manager Seth who was of zero help. He told me they had 3 of the grills in stock yet my order was canceled and they have no grills. This Ramsey St., Fayetteville, NC Lowes store is the worst Lowes store we have ever dealt with. From ordering to delivery, it's been a nightmare. We live in Wake Co., but have a rental in Fayetteville, NC. Our daughter who also lives in Wake Co. recently bought a dishwasher from a Lowes store in Wake Co. and the installer said this Fayetteville Lowes store on Ramsey St. has the reputation of the worst customer service of any Lowes store anywhere around. Something needs to be done!!
