My Elderly "Father" Cash paid over $500.00 for a refrig....Delivery was a dented one..> {Refused}...5 days no refrig finally delivered....Still under warranty and unbelievable the "Run Around getting from not only Lowe's as well as Frigidaire Company! Day 6 on no cold refrig for my Father..As well as no return call from ANY REPAIR............
Wow!!! Is all I got to say.... we had a delivery at our home in Wellsburg, WV TODAY and we are very dissatisfied....very upset.... Should I say more..... Damages done by the drivers to our property.... Got stuck in our yard...made trenches.....Who said they could back in our yard to begin with????.....Broke our picnic table....didn't even tell my father that was at home at the time...... then they used our old plug off the old dryer....then they couldn't even balance it.... it rocks by touching one side of it...... Buyer beware. Purchased carpet to be installed. Nightmare started from the installation. Lowes is good as long as you don't have a problem. Lesson learned. I took the carpet back to the store. Wish I would of checked out the better business site before purchasing carpet. They have a ton of complaints.
In a time when more people are trying to home garden they have stopped carrying grow lights. They didn't have any in the red spectrum at all & only a few on the very low end of the blue spectrum. I was looking for full spectum grow lights but to my extreme happiness the salesmen at our local Lowe's knew exactly what I wanted. He said they had them a few years ago but now they didn't carry them. I wish I could remember his name. He knew the whole light specturm!! and what it all did.
