0 stars. Garbage store that hires people who either are lazy or just dont care. The only apartment who is knowledgeable and helpful is their appliance associates. Everyone else is just shameful. Their 3rd party installation company is also terrible and super disrespectful to you and your home. Go to Robinson save yourself the disrespect and hassle.
When calling the store you can never reach anyone. lines just ring and ring. When someone finally does answer they connect you to the department you need and no one answers. Impossible to get a problem resolved!
Just had two appliances delivered to my elderly father's house from this store. One of the delivery drivers literally urinated in the driveway before leaving.

It is an outstanding store and they have helped out our youth center with a number of donations over the years.
I just had a beautiful stove and fridge delivered from TJ and Craig. We have an electric pole at the end of our drive way and TJ backed that big truck up like a pro!!! Both young Men were polite and helpful and no banged up appliances even though they had to go up a small hill and up steps. Thank You Both TJ and Craig!!!!! You are appreciated!!!!!
I give you zero stars. Where is your QC when you place an order? Such an inconvenience to drive 25 miles to return a damaged microwave. I give you an F on your grade score. Going somewhere else.
When it comes to buying medium-sized appliances I advise you not to go to this Lowe's. Last year my father purchased a mini-fridge and when he brought it home discovered it had dents in it. Twice he had to return his purchase because of damage. Finally, he made sure to double check the fridge before leaving the store.
