One of your older female workers when my husband went up to her(arm length away at least) she backed away from him like he had the plague or something ! ! Very unprofessional we won’t be back... Steubenville lowes has the worst customer support ive ever seen in my dam life like fr tho how the hell is it my job to leave the check out line to take a picture of a price tag smmfh yesterday was nothing but issues also worst customer service ive ever had who ever this gm is needs replaced. yesterday me and my gf was there for 2 and a half hours from 6-830 am due to couldnt get service we pushed the button for service they shut it off and walked away 1st shift all deserves terminated
We are beyond disgusted with Lowe's in Steubenville. My husband went to purchase a wheelbarrow, paid for it, and waited 45 minutes for them to get it down off of the wall. He waited for so long we had to have our money refunded. We are currently starting our landscaping and in the middle of a basement/bathroom remodel and we have decided we will definitely not be using Lowe's for anything else after this experience, several other experiences we have had, and reading the rest of the reviews. Steubenville Lowe’s is horrible, the worst customer service. no one answers the phone. Returned a water cooler today, had a broken hinge, here is the replacement. Completely smashed in.
just had a dryer delivered in steubinville lady was rude and threatening last time I shop there
We went to get carpet, Mickey who is a cashier stepped in and cut our carpet for us. She never cut carpet before, but they were short staffed. She not only helped cut it, but she helped load it! she helped many others. She never once complained, and did everything to help. I wish we were able to tip her, she was phenomenal.
