There are a few people in this store that are knowledgeable about the products they are selling but good luck finding them. The store is also way under staffed. They do have a good selection of products but you better know what you are going there for and hope you can get lucky and find someone that knows where the product is located. Completely under staffed....Waited over a hour and still didn't find anyone to help me.....
I had windows replaced and a new roof put on the pse was very professional and the installers were professional and done a wonderful job , I have had carpet installed twice and two other exterior doors done ,I know if I go to lowes its going to be done right the first time . I have faith in their employees and installers
It's ok if you know what you are looking for, otherwise you are out of luck. This store is seriously under-staffed. I needed someone to get stock off a top shelf today and was told there was only one person working that department and there were 2 people ahead of me. I left without making the $150 purchase I had planned. This is not the first time either. I'm paying off my Lowes card and shopping at Home Depot from now on even if it is 30 minutes away.
We had a fridge delivered and it had a scratch on it, so I went to lowes to explain it to the associates in the appliance dept and they were so helpful. I would defiantly buy more appliances here.
