We had two wonderful young men in our love that helped out right away explain to me what I was buying and helped me get it to the front of the store and then help me get it in the car. I've never had a bad experience at our Lowe's.
Ordered a refrigerator on November 16, 2017. As of December 1st we haven't got it yet. Said it would be 5 - 7 days. Keep telling us trucks come on Mondays and Thursdays. No return calls either. Very rude. Going to get money back today if we don't get ax phone call. Could of had one from somewhere else by now. Menard's is great but none close. Going to manager of store today to see what he has to say and probably get money there and never shop there again. Horrible horrible service.
We was in flooring first it took 25 minutes to get waited on. We was in doors and windows and there was someone sitting at the dealing doing who knows what and we were looking for 35 minutes. And it wasn't till was leaveing the department before he asked if we needed help. It is a shame you can't get waited on.
There never know one around to help u . If u it the botton it take 30 min for someone to help u
Kobalt tools are my favorite tools I've always liked them but Lowe's return policy sucks I bought there 300 piece Advanced mechanic tool set and I broke the 3/8 breaker bar and for them to replace it I have to bring in the full set of tools for them to replace the one tool that broke but since I don't have the complete set anymore they won't replace the breaker bar hassle-free guarantee no I don't think so
If I can't find it here , I don't really need it.
