I was very pleased with my visit and purchases this morning, Randy C., he was very helpful and I would like to see him acknowledge for over and above help and customer service.
I have had less than desirable Service in the lawn and garden center in two different Lowes since the summer staff were let go. This left one staff member to help everyone in the lawn and garden center. Both times I had to call customer service from my phone to get help because the yard person did not respond to the cashiers. Just because the summer is over doesn't mean people are not in need of help in the Lawn and Garden center
Rudest holiday help so far. If you hate your job so much, get another one. Sheesh.
Thank you, John Berry, Peggy and Sue for going out of your way for me. Early morning, before I had to get to my job, they went out of their way and out of their department to make sure I left with what I needed. So very pleasant and helpful. Not only did I get what I needed, I got to work in plenty of time, much relieved that the errand was done. Great job, folks!!
