My husband & I went to Lowe's in Saratoga Springs this past weekend to look at & get info about washer/dryer sets. George Rogers in appliances was terrific! He was able to answer all our questions, and wasn't pushy at all. Fortunately when we went back a couple days later to make the purchase, George was working, and helped us with the sale. I would definitely go back for any other appliance needs.
As a longtime customer at Lowes in Saratoga Springs, tonight was very disappointing. I went in with a list of items to purchase for my husband for Christmas. I was having a problem finding a certain item, I asked a gentleman where I could find this item only for him to embarrass and belittle me. Home Depot thanks you for your rude employee they just made $1557 sale.
Abbie saved the day!! I believe she is a delivery manager? Please recognize her for taking time to track my appliance that missed delivery truck...luckily she was able to contact the truck and though our delivery time is bumped back a little we can get everything we purchased in one trip. Mix ups happen and I understand but my other calls to customer service and direct contact seemed to someone who didn't have correct information and didn't take serious interest. Abbie , you are a gem!!
I had just called this am asking about a pallet of patio block... Talked with a supervisor I believe... She acted as if she didn't want to talk to us let alone go look up what we were asking... Then when she put us on hold, we were hung up on...? Very poor customer service. I'm remodeling a whole house, was going to get a lot of things at your store... now Ive changed my mind and Home Depot will get all my business...
Just got off the phone with an extremely rude customer service representative. I am expecting a delivery from Lowe's today. All I asked for was a time window that my delivery will show up. All I got for an answer was "they will call before they come" I guess I will just sit around all day and wonder if they will show up. I might have to bring my business across the street to Home Depot.
I have gotten many things from this store and everyone was been nice.
