I wonder if Lowe’s in Saratoga Springs NY knows they employ thief’s who steal personal belongings out of other employees lockers? They won’t get a penny of my money!
Buyer beware, if you purchase an appliance and return it the next day they can't do an even exchange. They put the money back on your card which will take 3-5 days and then you have to pay for the replacement doubling your out of pocket at the time. Not worth the frustration or risk.
Slow service, even ordering and picking up. Confusion over orders etc
There is no one to help you ever. If you do find help, they dont know where anything is. I went to the bathrooms there and they were the most disgusting batjrooms Ive ever seen! The porta potties at SPAC are cleaner. This Lowes is an embarassment. Clifton Park is at least clean. Get your act together Saratoga Lowes "management"....
was in today. the staff in lumber was incredibly helpful. and the people up front dealing with the chaos of 50% off kobalt were still friendly and helpful too. then bring overrun. thanks!
the employees here have no idea what they are talking about they guess at telling you things and you spend most your day going back and forth
We bought a dishwasher in May of this year with the warranty plan. It broke less than 6 months later. We have been waiting 3+ weeks for a part. No one will help or do anything for us. They actually told ME to call Whirlpool myself and complain. I am so disgusted with their customer service. They do NOT stand behind their appliances. Worse are the warranties—-
Customer service. If you want to stay in business - customer service is key. Worst I’ve experience their today, considering there were many employees at the store 😡😡😡
